PINE STATE DOULA

Pine State Doula is Kat Adams, a passionate perinatal professional offering reproductive education and support for families in the Portland, Maine area. Originally based in Nashville, TN, a move to Maine necessitated a rebrand for her growing business. I designed a suite of logo and slogan treatments for use across a new website.

The pinecone is (believe it or not!) the Maine state flower. Pinecones keep trees’ seeds safe within their scales until the seeds are mature enough to be released and grow into new life. What better, more beautiful inspiration for Pine State Doula’s new logo?
